Dr. Girme has successfully completed the Fellowship Programme of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo-Surgeons (FIAGES) and is also a life member of FIAGES. He further enhanced his expertise with Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) from AMASI. In addition to clinical practice, he actively participates as faculty in various workshops and training programs focused on laparoscopic and general surgery. He also specializes in advanced Laser Proctology procedures for conditions such as piles, fistula, and fissure, offering modern and effective treatment solutions with improved patient comfort.
